These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TripGlow mobile application (the "App") and all related services (the "Service"), operated by Endymion Labs ("TripGlow," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
You may register using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In via Clerk. You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activity under your account. Do not share credentials, create multiple accounts, or use false information.
TripGlow provides travelers with information about attraction disruptions including closures, construction, crowd levels, and access restrictions across multiple cities.
Features include: attraction browsing with disruption status, photo reporting of conditions, push notification alerts, a trust tier system based on report quality, and an optional premium subscription with enhanced features.
You agree NOT to: submit false, misleading, or deceptive reports or photos; submit defamatory, obscene, or objectionable content; use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers; attempt unauthorized access to the Service; manipulate the trust tier system; create multiple accounts to inflate reputation; harass, threaten, or impersonate other users; use the Service for commercial purposes not expressly permitted.
We reserve the right to monitor the Service, remove violating content, and suspend or terminate accounts.
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant TripGlow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, analyze (including via AI), and distribute your content in connection with the Service.
You represent that you own submitted content, it does not infringe third-party rights, and photos depict actual conditions without misleading edits. Photos must not contain inappropriate content or identifiable individuals without consent.
We may review, moderate, or remove content at our discretion.
DISRUPTION INFORMATION IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND ON A "BEST EFFORT" BASIS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY DATA.
You should independently verify critical information before making travel decisions. TripGlow is a convenience tool, not a substitute for official sources. We are not liable for inaccurate data, travel decisions based on our information, or missed attractions.
TripGlow is not affiliated with any featured attractions.
Premium subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and managed by RevenueCat. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Refund requests must be directed to Apple. You may cancel anytime via Apple ID settings. No partial refunds for early cancellation. We may modify premium features with reasonable notice.
The Service, its contents, features, and functionality are owned by Endymion Labs and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
TripGlow owns all aggregated, anonymized data derived from the Service, including disruption patterns, trends, and AI-trained models.
You may delete your account at any time via App settings or by contacting [email protected].
We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, fraudulent activity, harassment, or at our discretion. Termination results in loss of access, forfeiture of trust tier status, and no refund of subscription fees.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of: (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100.
We are not liable for travel decisions, user-generated content, third-party service actions, or security breaches. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations — in such cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TripGlow and Endymion Labs from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, violation of third-party rights, or content you submit.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
Disputes will be settled by binding arbitration under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted by a single arbitrator in Travis County, Texas (or by phone/video). Each party may bring claims only individually — class actions are waived.
Exceptions: small claims court actions and injunctive relief for intellectual property infringement.
Claims must be filed within one (1) year of arising.
We may modify these Terms with at least 30 days' notice for material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with respect to the App.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
